SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What material is your jewelry made of?
I use waxed polyester thread aka linhasita cord. It is not hemp. It is said to be more durable than hemp, as well as, water & fray resistant.
How do I care for my item?
Please note although it is semi-water resistant I do not suggest you expose it to water often. In fact I highly suggest taking it off during showers or when you fully submerge yourself in water for extended amounts of time. Water from time to time will not hurt it but the more exposure to it the faster the material will wear down. Items that are lighter in color (like white cord) are likely to show dirt and grime so please wear responsibly (aka do not wear to a festival known for a dusty environment all weekend)
every item is made with my own two hands, it is a piece of art. So, as long as you treat it as art it will withstand the test of time! Think would you submerge a painting on canvas in water?
Can I purchase through Venmo?
YES. Please DM me via social media with a screen shot of the item youd like to purchase and I will gladly provide you with the option to purchase the item using Venmo.
Do you ship outside the USA?
I have not provided the option to ship outside the USA. HOWEVER, if you would like to make a purchase and live outside the states please contact me to make the arrangement because I am willing to ship outside the USA, I just have to adjust shipping pricing which customer is responsible for paying.
How can I track my order?
If you would like your tracking number please reach out to me via email or DM me on social media.
What happens if my item breaks?
In a rare occasion your item breaks, please DM me. I am happy to discuss fixing your item. Depending on why it broke or how it broke will dictate pricing on fixing the item. If the slide clasp broke, I will fix it for free. Customer will provide shipping fees. Please do not be hesitate to reach out to me so we can find a solution!
Is your website safe to purchase on?
I will never have access to your debit or credit info nor your paypal account. My website is made through WIX which is a reputable source for secure purchases.
Do you accept returns? Offer refunds? Can I cancel my order?
No. Unless an absolute emergency has happened in your life. Please feel free to reach out to me if that is the case and I will offer reasoning on per each individual situation.
